Two For The Road is a walking history series that brings Britain’s past to life one step at a time. Each episode follows presenters Gary and Steve as they journey through a historically significant location, uncovering the stories, secrets, and events that shaped the nation.

Gary, the enthusiastic storyteller, paints vivid pictures and represents the audience’s curiosity — occasionally getting things hilariously wrong — while Steve, the calm and knowledgeable historian, provides context, corrections, and deeper insight.
